If your question or issue is not already documented in our help system, please ask your question or report the issue you are facing via our Spawn Labs community support system, powered by Get Satisfaction. Our support personnel actively monitor and participate in this community system. By handling your problem here, we can share and save for others’ benefit the resolution to your question/problem. We can also get a better sense in this way of the issues that are most challenging and vexing for our customer community, and we can focus our efforts where they will make our customers as happy as possible.
If you do not receive prompt service from our community support system, then we suggest that you report the issue you are having

We offer free technical support for ninety days from when we ship your product. After this initial ninety days, we will need to charge you $29.95 per support case you report.
